  • You can return unworn items (with tags and original packaging) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

  • No, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

  • Final sale: beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, swimwear, and wholesale orders.

  • It may be declined or charged a 20% restocking fee.

  • Yes. You’ll receive an automatic email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also find it in “My Account” on our website.

  • If it’s still processing (within 24h), we may update your shipping address, size, or variant.

    We cannot swap for a different product or change the quantity.
